In June, 2006 Pastor Kenny Dubnic of Somerset Baptist Church in Roxboro N.C. led a 16
person mission team to Targoviste Romania to work with visually impaired children and
adults. Since our return from Romania, God has placed the needs of the Romanian people
upon our hearts to bring awareness to those needs. Pro-Lumina means "To Shine Light"
which Jesus says in John 3:21 " He who practices the truth comes to light, that his deeds
may be manifested as having been wrought in God".
Immedediately following our return from Romania, Pro-Lumina USA was formed by
Donnie Seymore, and Darrow Rimmer. They work together to help fund and support
Pro-Lumina in Romania.
Pro-Lumina USA Inc. as of September 28,2006 has been recgonized by the Federal
Government as a Charitable Nonprofit Christian Organization.

He is one of the founders of Pro-Lumina USA.Inc. Donnie and his wife Deana are
members of Living Waters Christian Comunity in Durham N.C.
This is Darrow Rimmer, to the right of him is a Romanian man that he met
in 2010, Darrow is President of Pro-Lumina USA. Inc. He has been a part of the
ministry from the very beginning, Darrow is one of the founders of ministry.
He helps to lead mission teams in Romania and works hard to raise support
for Pro- Lumina in Romania. Darrow and his wife Brenda are members of Good
Hope Baptist Church in Moorsville N.c.
This is Vern Shelton, he is Vice -President and the Treasury of Pro-Lumina USA. Inc.
He has been a part of the ministry since 2008 , he has gone to Romania 3 times and is
looking forward to the upcoming trip in June. Vern his wife Shannon and their daughter
Paige are members of Somerst Baptist Church in Roxboro N.C.
This is Jerry Ham, he is Secretary of Pro-Lumina USA. Inc. He started working with Pro-
Lumina USA. Inc. in 2010, he has gone to Romania 2 times and he also will be apart of
the June trip. Jerry is a member of Good Hope Baptist Church in Moorisville N.C.
