Lazuri House is a holiday (vacation) home where George and his staff bring visually
impaired children and adults to give them a break from their everyday routine in the
asylums. Lazuri is a small villiage located just a few miles from Targoviste where
George and his family make their home and also home to Pro-Lumina.George min-
isters to his house guest by sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and teaching them
Christian songs while leading them with his guitar. The guest even learn songs in english.
George Jordan was challenged by the circumstances of these people, and the
conditions they have to live in. So in 2002 Pro-Lumina workers refurbished
and opened Lazuri house. Here holidays are given for up to 18 visually
impaired children or adults at a time. They enjoy good food , fun and fel-
lowship. There is a garden and a meeting room they can enjoy, and they will
hear about and experience the love that Jesus has for them.
